How a Meaningful Conversation works
Same shape every time. That’s what makes the room feel safe enough to go deep.

Mingle at the bar. Look for the bald guy with a big smile.

Hard start in the meeting room. Drinks and snacks can come in.

Each person proposes 1–2 topics inside the night’s theme.

The room votes. Discussions run from most-voted to least.

It’s a discussion, not a debate. Not about who is right.

Hard finish. Tradition: food afterwards.
