The movement
Rooms in Lisbon since 2023. 110+ nights. 524 people on Meetup and counting. It started as one discussion club and became a culture: discussion, not debate. Nobody wins a conversation.
The idea is simple. Most of us are surrounded by people and still not really talking. A well-held room — a clear theme, a hard start, a hard finish, a host who cares — changes that in about ninety minutes.
Underneath it sits a bigger wish: a society, and eventually the algorithms that shape it, aimed at human well-being. Well-being first. Money second. We won’t fix Instagram from a meeting room in Lisbon, but we can practice the alternative every week.

Yev started as a Toastmaster and physical-theater student while diving deeper into personal development. Later came the open mics: poetry, storytelling, stand-up, rap, singing, dance. He attended Evoé acting school and fell in love with improv.
Today he’s a personal-development addict, coach, LinkedIn Top Voice, master of ceremonies, improv facilitator and open-mic host. A social entrepreneur with a goal to innovate human education. He creates safe spaces where people can nourish Authenticity, Critical Thinking and Creativity — and is known for enormous positivity, enthusiasm and passion for impact.
